The Project Controls Analyst will manage cost control, forecasting, and reporting for utility capital programs while supporting multiple Project Managers.

Supports and owns AEC marketing and proposal activities, including RFP responses, proposal production, graphics, presentations, collateral, social media, website updates, CRM administration, and business development events. The role coordinates content across teams, maintains brand consistency, tracks deadlines, supports executive presentations, and manages event materials and follow-up. Specialist candidates execute with guidance, while Senior Specialists independently own proposal coordination, deadlines, CRM discipline, and executive-ready deliverables.

The Project Controls Scheduler will develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6, support project managers, and analyze performance to ensure project alignment and progress.
