The Project Controls Analyst will manage cost control, forecasting, and reporting for utility capital programs while supporting multiple Project Managers.

Supports construction and transmission-system outage sequencing by helping plan outage phases, assess constructability, allocate resources, monitor progress, identify delays, and maintain documentation. Collaborates with senior team members and other departments to coordinate project timelines and operational constraints while promoting safety standards. This entry-level role requires strong communication, teamwork, organizational ability, computer proficiency, and eagerness to learn scheduling and project management tools.

Supports and owns AEC marketing and proposal activities, including RFP responses, proposal production, graphics, presentations, collateral, social media, website updates, CRM administration, and business development events. The role coordinates content across teams, maintains brand consistency, tracks deadlines, supports executive presentations, and manages event materials and follow-up. Specialist candidates execute with guidance, while Senior Specialists independently own proposal coordination, deadlines, CRM discipline, and executive-ready deliverables.
