Manages the manufacturing engineering team across multiple sites, providing technical support to production and ensuring standardized, safe, and efficient manufacturing processes. Leads lean and continuous improvement initiatives, engineering changes, capital projects, workforce planning, budgeting, quality and safety compliance, process documentation, and cross-functional issue resolution. Oversees team performance, workload distribution, manufacturing metrics, routing changes, material flow, and production support activities.

Provides HR operational support across recruitment, employee and labour relations, HR policy administration, performance management, employee engagement, HRIS and benefits data maintenance, workplace investigations, compensation analysis, training, compliance, and employee records. The role advises employees and leaders on recruitment, performance, workplace concerns, progressive discipline, and HR policies while coordinating high-volume HR processes.

Maintains time and attendance records, supports payroll processing, organizes production and compliance records, prepares reports, assists production personnel and leaders with administrative tasks, manages office supplies, and supports employee engagement, fundraising, and community events.
