Lead and coordinate centralised back-office, support and payments teams to operationalize crypto products. Design, document and automate end-to-end processes, configure operational tooling (especially CRM), define SLAs and controls, and track/report KRI metrics. Drive operational readiness for launches, escalate regulated decisions to compliance, and support audits with operational evidence.

Build and extend marketing analytics infrastructure: develop data models and attribution systems, design and deploy LLM-based agents, create end-to-end automation pipelines and integrations, and deliver Slack bots and tooling to enable non-technical marketers to access AI-driven analysis.

The Executive Director will manage daily operations, lead strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee financial performance, and foster stakeholder relationships.
