Manage transaction monitoring alerts, investigate suspicious activity, review client payment activity, document findings, escalate financial crime risks, support STR and SAR submissions through goAML, produce AML management information, and assist with monitoring rule testing, tuning, threshold reviews, and market abuse investigations.

Leads the independent internal audit function for a regulated trading platform. Establishes audit frameworks, risk-based plans, budgets, and reporting; evaluates governance, risk management, controls, AML/CFT, cybersecurity, regulatory reporting, client protection, and third-party risks. Reports to the Audit Committee and Supervisory Board, coordinates with regulators and external auditors, manages audit resources, escalates findings, and oversees remediation. Requires strong Azerbaijani capital markets knowledge, financial services audit experience, managerial leadership, integrity, and fluent Azerbaijani and English.

Leads the company’s finance and accounting function, including IFRS reporting, tax filings, CBAR regulatory reporting, capital adequacy compliance, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, and financial risk management. Represents the company before regulators and tax authorities, maintains accounting systems and compliance frameworks, and builds and manages the finance team. Requires Azerbaijani accounting expertise, professional accountant certification, financial-services experience, and strong leadership skills.
