Own CRM channel strategy, campaign calendars, lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, personalization, testing, and performance optimization across global markets. Lead market-led, educational, and automated campaigns to increase engagement and revenue. Translate local priorities into CRM plans and partner with CRM Operations and MarTech teams on delivery, tooling, data, and campaign automation.
