Own P&L forecasting, annual planning, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting. Analyze unit economics, margins, CAC/LTV, and optimize capital allocation for product, partnerships, and M&A. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and leadership to scale GTM and improve efficiency. Implement AI-enabled FP&A tools to automate variance analysis and rolling forecasts and drive strategic decision-making.

Partner with Sales to pitch and close enterprise healthcare prospects by mapping revenue-cycle challenges to Candid’s solutions. Deliver demos, conduct value analyses, craft implementation plans with Product/Delivery/RCM teams, and build sales enablement processes, tools, and knowledge to scale the sales organization.

Perform analysis and build scalable data models, dashboards, and self-serve tooling to inform product, engineering, and leadership decisions. Implement ETL, maintain BI platforms, and deliver data products and visualizations for internal teams and clients to improve operational efficiency and business strategy.
