Leads HR for a 24/7 manufacturing facility, managing the HR team, employee relations, investigations, California labor-law compliance, leave and accommodation processes, recruiting, performance management, training, HRIS records, and workforce analytics. Partners with plant leadership, corporate HR, and legal counsel while supporting variable shifts and strengthening policies, employee development, and organizational risk management.

Design, program, test, and troubleshoot aseptic filling, processing, and material-handling systems. Support PLC/HMI/SCADA, robotics, motion control, VFDs, vision inspection, and MES integration. Manage upgrades, commissioning, change control, training, and after-hours support while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory (FDA/NFPA) compliance.
