Lead and support the maternity ward by providing clinical leadership, operational direction and staff development. Coordinate patient care delivery, implement and monitor policies and procedures, act in charge in absence of the Maternity Services Manager, and promote quality patient outcomes and a collaborative team environment.

Provide front-desk reception and clerical support across two outpatient sites. Manage appointments, scheduling, admissions/discharges, invoicing and payments (HiCAPS/Medicare), patient enquiries, maintain confidentiality and escalate complex issues to managers.

Lead administration, support and optimisation of People Systems (Workday, UKG), deliver reporting and analytics via Power BI, drive data integrity, gather requirements for enhancements, provide user support and training, and coordinate HR technology projects and stakeholder deliverables.
