Use people analytics to improve engineering effectiveness and workforce planning while collaborating with HR centers of excellence and Talent Acquisition. The role supports global Software Engineering, Data, AI, Infrastructure, and related technology teams in a fast-paced international environment.

Partners with senior Legal, Compliance, AML, and Financial Crime leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent management, performance, succession, employee relations, hiring, compensation, and HR policy implementation. Uses HR data to identify talent gaps and organizational risks while advising executives in a global, regulated environment.

Owns product planning and delivery for direct stocks and tokenized stocks, including US equity trading, brokerage integrations, settlement, corporate actions, fund flows, token issuance, custody, liquidity, and on-chain trading. Collaborates with brokers, custodians, legal, compliance, finance, risk, engineering, and operations teams to launch products globally, manage investor suitability, and improve product capabilities.
