Establishes sales territories, goals, strategies, and pricing structures; analyzes market and sales data; resolves customer issues; and collaborates with warehouse, transportation, purchasing, credit, and office teams. Represents the company at trade associations and trade shows while driving division growth and exceptional customer service.

Provides administrative and customer support for sales personnel and management. Responsibilities include routing calls, handling customer inquiries, coordinating travel, assisting with inventory and drop-ship purchasing, maintaining vendor pricing, tracking sales quotes, generating reports, and processing bills for payment.

Supports ornamental-market sales and marketing initiatives by developing sales materials, coordinating training, trade shows, customer events, promotions, and vendor communications. Maintains sales reports and provides technical and marketing support to sales staff. Requires a bachelor's degree, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, and some travel. One year of related sales or marketing experience is preferred.
