Button provides its employees with exemplary perks and benefits as we know that we will only go so far as our people will take us. This includes providing employees with a wide selection of health insurance plans, many of which are 100% covered for employees (and 75% for dependents). We provide employees with complementary One Medical memberships and with the option to select additional insurance coverage, including pet insurance and life insurance. Button provides a 3% contribution to each employee's 401k plan--regardless of whether the employee contributes. Button is a RemotePlus workplace and provides employees with a $400/year "WFH stipend" and a $500/year "lifestyle stipend" to furnish their home office, travel, pay for gym memberships, or to otherwise fill our employees' cups. We also provide a $130/month mobile phone/home internet stipend as well as providing best of class technology to allow employees to work most productively. Button has an unlimited PTO policy and wants to make sure that our employees are actually using PTO--so we will nicely ask you to consider taking more time off if you're on track to take fewer than 10 days off in a calendar year. We also ask all employees to take their birthdays (or another day that week) off. Button provides a variety of learning and development programs as well as a mentorship program to allow employees to explore areas of interest within the business. Button offers a 401(k) retirement plan and the ability to customize the types of investments.
