Build pipelines, convert prospects, collaborate with internal teams (stores, Trade Centres, Finance, Credit) to deliver seamless onboarding, use Salesforce to manage forecasts and pipelines, and share market insights to shape channel growth.

Lead daily warehouse operations, sales and high-volume stock management. Manage 50+ direct reports, oversee safety and compliance, drive sales/margin/wage targets, coach Department Managers, lead stock accuracy and stocktake activities, and monitor customer satisfaction and team engagement.

Support store leadership by supervising a designated department, coaching and training team members, maintaining merchandising and stock coordination, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing day-to-day retail operations and shift activities.
