Leads financial management for a dairy manufacturer, including month-end close, reporting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, working capital, balance sheet reconciliations, capex governance, controls, audit, tax and statutory compliance. Provides commercial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders, improves finance processes and systems, and leads, coaches and develops a team of three.

Develop and manage short-, medium-, and long-term supply and production plans across a 13-week to 24-month horizon. Balance supply and demand, optimize inventory and capacity, support S&OP, manage product transitions, maintain ERP planning data, analyze scenarios, and drive continuous improvement. The role partners with cross-functional teams across manufacturing and commercial functions while coaching planning team members and delivering reliable supply chain outcomes.

Operate and monitor cheese production processes, identify and correct faults, set up and clean equipment, transfer products, collect samples, record production data, and maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards. The role includes manual handling, supporting training, participating in continuous improvement, and working rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, and across other factory departments during planned downtime.
