The role uses Excel, AI tools, automation, dashboards, and financial systems to improve accuracy, controls, and efficiency while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The Senior Accountant manages daily financial transactions, prepares journal entries, conducts account reconciliations, performs variance analysis, and supports financial reporting and compliance tasks while striving for accuracy and process improvements.

Manage daily reconciliation and transaction processing between the firm and custodian banks. Research and process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, maintain portfolio accounting records, oversee BPO reconciliation vendors, resolve escalations, and identify process improvements through automation and AI. Use Excel tools to analyze datasets, investigate reconciliation breaks, and support accurate trading, cash, performance reporting, and investment operations.
