Leads process design and technical evaluations for refinery, chemical, and industrial facilities. Responsibilities include developing PFDs and P&IDs, performing process and equipment calculations, specifying equipment, preparing construction scopes, supporting field execution and turnarounds, interfacing with clients and contractors, and mentoring technical teams. The role requires strong knowledge of refinery and chemical operations, API and ASME standards, and field work capabilities.

Supports project managers with planning, scheduling, scope development, vendor submittals, constructability, estimating, and project execution. Coordinates communication among engineering disciplines, clients, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and management. Leads meetings, tracks scope and schedules, prepares reports, and assists with small-team leadership across maintenance, reliability, capital, and construction projects. Field assignments may require physical mobility, PPE use, work at heights, confined-space access, and compliance with client site policies.
