Responsibilities include triaging alerts and incidents in Microsoft Purview and Defender, reporting, assisting investigations, stakeholder communications, documentation, training delivery, and supporting senior consultants. The programme includes Microsoft and industry certifications and progresses from shadowing to billable client delivery and consulting activities.
