The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Team in lead generation, research, data qualification, and organizational tasks while collaborating with team members to improve sales outcomes.

Provide day-to-day employee IT support and endpoint administration in a Microsoft-centered healthcare SaaS environment. Manage user/device lifecycles, Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Intune tasks, routine security alert review and escalation, hardware inventory and disposal, and maintain documentation, change records, and compliance evidence.

Design, build, and maintain automated systems and integrations to streamline sales, biz-dev, marketing, and event workflows. Create low-touch request-to-delivery pipelines for collateral, centralized event intake and tracking, AI-assisted content refresh workflows, and operational support for external vendors. Establish repeatable, automated event logistics and tracking to minimize manual effort while contributing to strategic GTM initiatives.
