Singapore-based HR Business Partner providing strategic and operational HR support across APAC. Manage immigration/work authorization, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance and compensation cycles, local employment compliance, and regional HR projects while partnering with business leaders and global HRBP team.

The Strategy Analyst will evaluate strategic priorities, conduct market intelligence, support corporate development, and prepare presentations for executive committees.

Perform post-trade middle-office tasks for FX/Treasury including reconciliations, FX netting, novations, break investigations, trade validation, settlements, billing checks, and exception management. Support control, process improvements, automation/user testing, documentation, and liaise with global Ops, Technology, Trade Support, Risk, Finance and Treasury.
