Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union Benefits Overview

Processes member deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, wires, and other financial transactions. Opens and closes memberships and accounts, balances cash drawers, resolves discrepancies, and supports branch operations. Interviews members to identify suitable loan products, prepares and verifies loan documentation, coordinates closings and funding, and ensures compliance with lending policies and applicable laws. Recommends credit union products while providing courteous member service.

Lead the credit union's compliance, risk management, BSA/AML, and vendor management programs. Oversee compliance reviews, monitoring, reporting, staff development, and coordination with Audit to ensure regulatory adherence and risk controls.

Drive member acquisition and retention through community outreach, events, phone and in-person engagement. Promote credit union products, maintain compliance knowledge, prepare business development reports, and represent the credit union at public speaking events. Support planning and execution of marketing and member retention activities and perform related duties as assigned.
