Leads and mentors an engineering team responsible for designing and producing consumer kitchenware and cleaning products. Oversees CAD and SolidWorks development, stress analysis, technical assessments, RFQs, regulatory compliance, quality standards, testing, and product lifecycle execution. Collaborates with product development, design, marketing, suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams while managing timelines, budgets, resources, and VAVE initiatives. Ensures designs align with tooling, production processes, safety requirements, and product performance standards.

Manage high-volume AP processing (5,000+ invoices/month) for domestic and international vendors, match POs, enter invoices, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, assist month-end close, respond to vendor/internal inquiries, and produce ad hoc Excel reports using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

The Senior Accountant prepares financial statements, manages the monthly close process, ensures compliance with GAAP, and coordinates year-end audits while promoting a collaborative finance environment.
