Supports baseball operations and player development at the Fort Myers complex. Responsibilities include coordinating training logistics, collecting and distributing video and player-tracking data, operating baseball technologies, monitoring player progress, and conducting research and analysis. The role collaborates with coaches and front-office staff while developing baseball operations skills through hands-on projects, education, and mentorship. Work may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manages video and data collection at an assigned baseball affiliate, operating cameras and player-development technologies including BATS, Trackman, Hawkeye, Blast, and Kinatrax. Organizes and distributes video, performance reports, and advance scouting materials; maintains technology; resolves data and video issues; and travels with the team while transporting equipment. The role requires availability for all home and away games, including nights, weekends, holidays, and playoffs.

Supports Boston Red Sox Baseball Operations through administrative work, player research, strategic initiatives, logistics, process improvement, and video, data, and technology management. Provides support for the MLB Draft, trade deadline, free agency, and salary arbitration while developing baseball operations skills through education, mentorship, and project-based experience.
