Own and improve Bondora’s Databricks data platform, Azure infrastructure, ingestion pipelines, and integration layer. Build reliable production data pipelines, respond to platform incidents, improve performance, security, observability, governance, and cost efficiency, and establish standards for testing, versioning, code reviews, CI/CD, and GitHub workflows. The role also manages access, PII, and cost boundaries for data agents while supporting regulated financial operations.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for niche finance, credit, and risk roles across multiple geographies. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, build high-quality pipelines, partner with hiring managers and executives, optimize recruitment tools/processes, analyze hiring metrics, and champion employer brand and candidate experience.
