Analyze and inventory historical employee, payroll, timekeeping, PTO, and document data in Namely; develop compliant recordkeeping guidance; migrate and organize data into Rippling and other current platforms; reconcile records to ensure completeness; and train the HR team on the resulting systems. Design and analyze mechanical assemblies for volume manufacturing, perform simulations and failure analysis, create and execute validation plans, test prototypes (bench and ocean), design production and test equipment, and develop supplier relationships.

Design, simulate, and troubleshoot electronic circuits; perform schematic capture and PCB layout; write and debug embedded C firmware; bench and field (ocean) test hardware; contribute to vehicle electrical systems and manufacturable designs.
