Provides technical leadership in Python, Arcade, JavaScript, SQL, spatial analysis, and data management. Mentors GIS staff, supports business development, visits client sites, and helps advance the organization’s geospatial strategy.

Lead GIS projects from kickoff through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, fieldwork, quality control, and deliverables. Serve as the primary client contact for municipal and state agencies, direct Esri-based solution development, oversee geospatial data analysis and integration, and provide technical leadership in automation, databases, mapping, and applications. Mentor GIS staff, support multidisciplinary collaboration, contribute to business development, and help advance the organization’s GIS strategy and services.
