The role also drives practice growth, business development, client relationships, thought leadership, and team leadership across the Private Client Services international tax practice.

Provides front-desk reception and office services support in a professional, in-office environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls and video reception, coordinating conference rooms and catering, handling mail and packages, maintaining supplies and shared spaces, submitting facility work orders, supporting onboarding and events, and coordinating with vendors and building management. The role requires strong customer service, organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and office equipment.
