The Implementation Manager will lead client communications, oversee website launches, manage internal workflows, and develop materials for internal teams while ensuring e-commerce functions align with client needs.

Manage end-to-end international shipments: prepare export documentation, track shipments, ensure import/export compliance and labeling, coordinate carriers and freight forwarders, handle customs clearance and brokers, maintain HTS classifications, resolve transportation issues, and liaise with warehouses, suppliers, and project managers.

Serve as primary HR contact for warehouse staff supporting full-cycle hourly recruiting, onboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, compliance (I-9, wage/hour), background checks, performance support, and bilingual (English/Spanish) translation to promote positive employee experience and staffing effectiveness.
