Lead full lifecycle development: process assessment, integration with ERP/CRM/APIs/databases, unit testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and scaling. Create reusable components, support UAT, resolve defects, and improve automation portfolio.

Responsible for managing software development projects, leading teams, coordinating resources, applying Agile methodologies, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
