Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating equipment supply, EPC, long-term service, and O&M agreements; managing transactions, disputes, change orders, compliance matters, external counsel, and stakeholder negotiations; advising executives on risks; and improving legal processes, templates, and compliance practices.

Manage project accounting for multiple utility-scale energy storage and hybrid renewable projects, including month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, construction cost tracking, CIP, fixed assets, accruals, lease accounting, vendor invoice review, draw processes, and audit support to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Lead project management for utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, and hybrid projects. Coordinate EPCs, OEMs, O&M, and EMS vendors; manage schedules, budgets, permits, commissioning, warranties, change orders, HSE compliance, and KPIs; support transitions to operations and continuous improvement.
