Own new customer acquisition across large healthcare organizations, from strategic account planning and executive prospecting through business-case development, negotiation, and contract signature. Build C-suite relationships, generate qualified pipeline, lead complex seven-figure SaaS and data sales, apply Challenger and MEDDPICC methodologies, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success.

Provide Tier 2 technical support by triaging, troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving client and internal requests. Diagnose root causes, develop workarounds, coordinate with engineering and product teams, improve support workflows, assess internal tooling, and apply software testing practices. The role requires API troubleshooting, monitoring and alerting experience, and strong communication in a healthcare technology environment.

Build and operationalize Axuall’s Customer Success function while managing a portfolio of healthcare technology customers. Develop playbooks, engagement models, health scoring, QBR processes, and success metrics; drive platform adoption, satisfaction, and retention; lead customer reviews and risk mitigation; and collaborate with Account Management, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve customer outcomes and support renewals and expansion.
