Design and deploy production-grade Generative AI and LLM systems, including RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, vector search, backend APIs, evaluation, observability, guardrails, and MLOps. Optimize inference performance, cost, latency, and reliability while partnering cross-functionally to solve industrial operational challenges. The role requires strong software engineering, AI system design, cloud deployment, and production LLM experience.

Provide Tier 1 IT support, resolve helpdesk tickets, and manage employee onboarding and offboarding. Install and troubleshoot PCs, Macs, printers, conference room systems, software, and audiovisual equipment. Maintain workstations, encryption, firewalls, operating system updates, remote support, hardware inventory, and machine repairs. Document procedures and support conference room readiness, account provisioning, building access, SaaS applications, backups, and equipment management.

Own end-to-end video and multimedia storytelling for Avathon’s industrial AI brand. Develop concepts, scripts, shoots, lighting, editing, animation, social content, executive narratives, product launches, customer stories, and campaigns. Translate complex AI and industrial technology into compelling visual narratives, establish brand identity, repurpose productions into high-impact assets, and use AI-native creative workflows. The role requires regular headquarters presence in Pleasanton, California, plus domestic and international travel for customer, executive, event, and field productions.
