Leads property management operations across a multifamily portfolio, supervising Community Managers and on-site teams. Responsibilities include driving occupancy and resident satisfaction, managing budgets and financial variances, overseeing resident and vendor relations, reviewing resident files, supporting leasing and turnover activities, and maintaining community condition and presentation standards. The role also monitors KPIs, leads organizational change, and ensures consistent operational performance across assigned properties.

Oversee day-to-day operations for a 360-unit residential community, including budgets, financial responsibilities, occupancy, KPI performance, vendor coordination, maintenance excellence, resident and eviction law compliance, and asset preservation. Manage and develop on-site staff, coordinate contractors and billing, address budget variances, optimize rent levels, and train the Assistant Community Manager for leadership coverage.
