The manager collaborates with regional leadership, optimizes rent and occupancy, preserves property value, and trains the Assistant Community Manager.

Assistant Community Manager supports onsite apartment-community operations, occupancy, leasing performance, marketing, renewals, collections, move-out documentation, and unit-turn coordination. The role leads daily operations when the Community Manager is absent, coaches leasing staff, monitors market and pricing trends, manages social media, supports financial performance, and coordinates with maintenance and centralized teams. Saturdays are required, with possible travel to other properties.
