We will play a key role in transforming how the industry operates to address consumers' needs more effectively by removing administrative barriers and other inefficiencies that disrupt delivery of care.

Avaneer Health was founded by a consortium of top industry leaders on a mission to unlock the full potential of healthcare by improving transparency and enhancing interoperability.

The consortium included Aetna, a CVS Health company; Anthem; Cleveland Clinic; Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company (HCSC); The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.; and Sentara Healthcare. Incorporated in 2020 as the Health Utility Network, we are now known as Avaneer Health. With continuing support from our partners and the biggest players across the healthcare space, we aim to play a key role in transforming how the healthcare industry operates to address consumers' needs more efficiently and effectively.
