Own the end-to-end billing-to-cash cycle for 2,500+ customers, including contract review, ASC 606 revenue recognition, billing, collections, and cash application. Lead a small team, reconcile subledger to GL in NetSuite, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Legal, and FP&A. Design and automate billing and collections processes, evaluate third-party tools, and drive predictable collections and reduced AR aging.
