Performs systems engineering, requirements analysis, technical evaluations, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support for Nett Warrior and Army modernization initiatives. Coordinates with government leaders, operational units, program offices, engineers, and industry partners while advising on emerging technologies and improving tactical network interoperability.

Performs software integration and testing across Android, Windows, Linux, and system-driver platforms. Supports military software systems, validates builds against operational tactics and procedures, maintains test documentation, and presents results to leadership. Occasional travel and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance are required.

Designs, delivers, migrates, and modernizes AWS and Azure cloud solutions for U.S. Army transportation operations. Responsibilities include integrating PaaS and edge architectures, supporting CI/CD pipelines, designing databases, ensuring security compliance, troubleshooting systems, conducting architecture audits, and advising customers on cloud modernization, high availability, contingency planning, and automated provisioning.
