Supports USCYBERCOM cyberspace operational planning, including OPLAN, OPORD, and FRAGO development; targeting and capability integration; crisis and current operations; intelligence synchronization; cyber threat analysis; requirements prioritization; and deliberate and crisis planning. Coordinates across DoD and Intelligence Community partners, applies joint planning guidance, assesses cyber capabilities, and communicates analytical products and operational recommendations.

Support DoD PPBE budgeting and governance by developing SNAP-IT investment packages, preparing BES/PB documentation, updating financial systems, supporting POM activities, producing executive reports and analytics, ensuring compliance with DoD/USCYBERCOM guidance, and leveraging Power BI and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and data quality.

Support law enforcement training exercises as scripted role players. Duties include being handcuffed, searched, positioned prone, exposed to non-lethal marking ammunition, wearing protective equipment, and potentially firing a handgun loaded with blank or marking ammunition under law enforcement instruction. Must follow scenarios precisely, meet designated event shifts, pass background and other screenings, complete fingerprinting, and be a U.S. citizen. Role players work as independent contractors selected based on availability.
