Manage and grow a portfolio of 150+ gallery partners through renewals, upsells, cross-selling, and complex commercial negotiations. Own retention and revenue targets, proactively mitigate churn and revenue risk, maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecasts, and use Looker, AI, and automation to improve efficiency. Build consultative client relationships, coordinate product delivery, and contribute to team success through knowledge sharing. The role is based in London with at least three office days weekly.

Owns data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development across Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive teams. The role identifies trends, risks, and opportunities; translates complex findings into strategic recommendations; ensures data quality; supports AI and automation initiatives; and promotes data literacy. The analyst partners cross-functionally to improve business processes and inform growth decisions across a global digital art marketplace.
