Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to detect fraud, prevent losses, and monitor risk. Work with Product, Engineering, and Operations to turn large-scale data into production-ready pipelines and model-serving solutions, monitor performance, and continuously improve model accuracy and business impact.

Provide legal and regulatory support for ARQ's Brazil operations covering virtual asset activities, payment institution obligations, and investment advisory compliance. Track regulatory deadlines, prepare filings and responses, assist with authorization and regulatory reporting, handle consumer complaints and authority requests, monitor legal changes, support stakeholders and draft memos, opinions, and internal documents. Work closely with compliance, product, technical, and business teams to embed legal requirements into operations.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for fintech products. Build REST APIs and microservices, improve existing systems (payments, treasury, transactions, crypto), and use Java, Spring Boot, and Postgres. Follow TDD, DDD, and CI/CD practices to deliver maintainable, high-performance services.
