Coordinate with clinical and business stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, lead testing and integration, troubleshoot complex issues, prepare documentation, and train clinical staff to improve workflows, revenue cycle, and patient experience.

Provides shift-to-shift operational leadership in a critical care setting, managing admissions, bed control, staffing, and responding to Codes and Rapid Response. Delivers direct patient care, performs point-of-care testing, supports quality improvement, oversees equipment and supplies, and handles managerial duties including staff evaluation, complaint resolution, budgeting oversight, and administrative reporting.

Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations including budgeting, staffing, performance monitoring, resource allocation, clinic setup, reporting, quality improvement, staff development, and policy compliance to ensure efficient, patient-focused care.
