Supports investment and trading operations through daily performance and P&L reporting, cash and position reconciliations, margin-call responses, trade settlement, counterparty issue resolution, account onboarding, treasury model updates, and documentation maintenance. The role also assists with data integrity analysis, secondary market bank debt transactions, and process-improvement projects while coordinating with custodians, dealers, prime brokers, fund administrators, and internal teams.

Supports fund and corporate accounting by managing expense allocations, reviewing NAV packages, calculating management and incentive fees, posting journal entries, performing cash and account reconciliations, and assisting with monthly closes, financial statements, board reporting, and special projects. The role requires accuracy, organization, analytical ability, and familiarity with hedge fund and private equity structures.

Coordinate monthly close, journal entries, trial balances, expense allocations, payments, and bank reconciliations across corporate entities and fund structures. Support management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, board packages, KPI reporting, process improvements, technology initiatives, and analysis of new business opportunities. The role requires a fully qualified CA/CPA, strong Excel skills, accuracy, efficiency, and a continuous-improvement mindset. NetSuite knowledge is preferred.
