The Risk Manager will conduct quantitative analysis, calculate risk capital, prepare portfolio insights, and interact with operations for improvements in the Aladdin system, requiring extensive financial markets experience and strong analytical skills.

Lead and execute all aspects of the investment process: diligence, financial modeling, investment memoranda, legal documentation support, and portfolio management. Hire, train and manage associates, guide origination decisions, monitor covenants and valuations, and attend board meetings as an observer. Position based in Charlotte, NC.

The Trading Operations Associate will support the Corporate Securities business, oversee tradeable securities across APAC, and enhance operational workflows, while collaborating with various departments and external partners.
