Lead market and product research to identify development and expansion opportunities. Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal for product strategy, launches, clinical and corporate education, competitive analysis, and reporting. Manage data-driven analyses, create training and patient education materials, and support sales enablement. Travel up to 10%.

Prepares and submits FDA, European, Canadian, and international regulatory filings for medical devices. Maintains technical files, updates regulatory procedures, supports product registrations, and ensures compliance with FDA, ISO, European, and international standards. Processes engineering and quality-system documentation, prepares change orders, archives records, and communicates revised procedures across the organization. The role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Support and maintain quality and manufacturing programs for medical devices: lead product testing and investigations, manage CAPA and complaints, perform sterilization testing and risk assessments, train QA/QC staff, support manufacturing and regulatory compliance with ISO and FDA requirements, and drive continuous improvement.
