Designs and delivers persona-based training for Sales, Servicing, Onboarding, and Underwriting teams migrating to Salesforce. Responsibilities include creating e-learning, walkthroughs, job aids, knowledge articles, facilitator guides, and in-app guidance; facilitating workshops and live training; administering LMS content; tracking learning milestones and KPIs; and improving programs using feedback, quality data, and pilot performance.

Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations, while building Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. Gather requirements from stakeholders, integrate Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources, troubleshoot solutions, optimize reporting performance, analyze KPIs, and present insights to management. Provide ongoing support to business and finance stakeholders.
