Design, develop, test, and maintain middleware microservices and front-end components. Ensure secure, high-quality code, troubleshoot production issues, document technical work, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.

Serve as liaison between clients, development, and data teams to translate business needs into user stories, identify and analyze data, develop test cases, manage user testing and sign-off, and improve development efficiency.

Serve as client-facing business analyst and SME for Aperia software: gather and document requirements, liaise with technical teams, participate in Scrum and UAT/QA, run SQL queries, monitor ETL processes, provide training, troubleshooting, and project coordination.
