Plans, executes, tracks, and closes enterprise software projects for payments-industry clients. Leads Agile ceremonies, develops project plans and estimates, monitors milestones and risks, evaluates sprint and release progress, coordinates technical and business resources, resolves conflicts, and reports project status. Ensures teams follow Agile principles and delivers documentation and outcomes aligned with SDLC methodologies.

Design and deliver persona-based Salesforce training for Sales, Servicing, Onboarding, Deployment, and Underwriting teams. Create walkthroughs, e-learning, job aids, knowledge articles, facilitator guides, and in-app guidance. Facilitate workshops and live training, administer LMS content, develop train-the-trainer materials, and measure adoption, completion, service quality, and operational outcomes. Iterate learning programs using pilot data, UAT feedback, learner assessments, CSAT, and case-volume insights.

Supports the Product Owner by translating product direction into user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tasks. Manages backlog organization, dependencies, documentation, Agile ceremonies, UAT coordination, release activities, and release notes. Partners with developers, QA, and global US and Vietnam stakeholders to clarify requirements and support SaaS product delivery in payments and compliance.
