Manage Salesforce CRM solutions supporting B2B sales and customer onboarding. Partner with stakeholders, UX, product, technology, engineering, and architects to define requirements, design solutions, write user stories, create process documentation, prioritize initiatives, manage backlogs, and guide agile delivery. Develop product vision, roadmaps, business cases, and value propositions while serving as the Salesforce subject matter expert and supporting user acceptance testing.

Support the CRO by monitoring sales KPIs, developing executive dashboards, recommending process improvements, and leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Coordinate stakeholders, track deliverables, identify risks, and deliver executive-ready reporting to keep strategic initiatives on schedule.

Design and build end-to-end analytics pipelines and dimensional data models on Snowflake. Own data ingestion, transformations, testing, monitoring, and ad hoc analytics; partner with stakeholders to turn ambiguous business needs into reliable, consumable datasets.
