Ansa Biotechnologies Benefits Overview

The Cost Accounting Manager will build and improve Ansa Biotechnologies’ manufacturing cost system in NetSuite, including standard costing, WIP, BOMs, routings, variance analysis, inventory revaluations, and COGS reporting. The role owns inventory and cost accounting close activities, partners with production, supply chain, bioinformatics, and MES teams, supports audits, and improves profitability reporting and controls. The manager will also help scale accounting processes and may build a future team.

Build and scale Ansa’s inside sales function by generating qualified leads, managing outsourced lead generation, improving qualification and CRM processes, tracking pipeline metrics, and partnering with sales and marketing. Initially an individual contributor, the role will eventually hire and lead an inside sales team. The position requires life sciences or biotech sales experience, strong prospecting ability, and success meeting pipeline and quota targets.

Coordinates purchasing, supplier follow-up, purchase orders, receiving, inventory, and shipping support. Tracks orders and deliveries, resolves supplier and shipment discrepancies, maintains accurate NetSuite records, processes receipts, supports inventory counts, and communicates material status across Manufacturing, R&D, and other teams.
