Leads ANINE BING’s global technology strategy, roadmap, enterprise systems, data and integrations. Oversees ERP, PLM, Shopify, POS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, workplace technology and IT support. Manages technology transformation programs from requirements through adoption, while partnering with business functions, vendors and implementation providers. Owns budgets, governance, data quality, cybersecurity, business continuity and the evolving technology operating model, including AI and automation. Requires strong enterprise systems leadership, commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and fluency in English and French.

Provides personalized in-store and digital styling service, builds customer relationships, meets sales goals, conducts client outreach, and supports inventory, fulfillment, visual merchandising, and daily store operations. Requires fashion or retail sales experience, strong communication, flexible scheduling, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Support global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, margin and profitability analysis, monthly management reporting, financial modeling, and business partnering across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels. The role also improves finance reporting automation and data quality using ERP, spreadsheet, and BI tools while helping structure FP&A processes for an international fashion brand.
