Owner of end-to-end renewals for an assigned book of business; manage broker relationships, develop renewal strategies with underwriting, drive retention, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain renewal records, and improve renewal processes to ensure accurate, timely renewals and exceptional customer experience.

Manage end-to-end renewal process for brokers and clients: monitor renewals, prepare quotes and agreements, coordinate cross-functionally, track pipeline in HubSpot, address client questions, implement renewal groups, and improve processes.

Provide operational and administrative support to Renewal Managers by coordinating documentation, maintaining calendars, updating HubSpot and Zendesk, organizing files, performing QA reviews, coordinating cross-functional follow-up, and supporting process improvement and special projects.
