Provide on-site security at a mall: control entrances, patrol buildings and perimeters, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents and emergencies, complete reports, and liaise with law enforcement and supervisors.

Provides physical security for assigned properties through access control, patrols, surveillance monitoring, personnel and material escorts, incident response, and emergency procedure enforcement. Maintains reports, logs, and professional customer relationships while identifying suspicious activity and safety risks. Requires compliance with post orders, training standards, and applicable regulations, as well as communication with supervisors, law enforcement, and emergency departments.
