Provides temporary administrative and data support to the People Team during an HRIS transition. Responsibilities include entering and updating employee information, organizing data, cleaning and validating records, preparing spreadsheets and reports, identifying discrepancies, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting migration-related projects. The role is remote, limited to up to 10 hours per week, and expected to conclude by December 31, 2026.

Manage materials planning, inventory accuracy, shipment scheduling, storage, receiving, and logistics for a recycling facility. Coordinate with customers, plant operations, finance, suppliers, accounts payable, and carriers to support production and on-time deliveries. Monitor demand, maintain run schedules and inventory levels, resolve invoicing and delivery issues, ensure compliance with storage and safety standards, and support continuous process improvement. The role requires physical activity, manufacturing experience, and travel of up to 10%.

Provides remote and onsite customer support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for robotic AI sortation equipment. Trains customers, maintains service documentation, processes warranty claims, tracks billable hours, and reports recurring hardware or performance issues to engineering. The role requires industrial controls experience, hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, customer communication, problem-solving, physical fieldwork, on-call availability, and up to 30% travel.
