Oversees retail store operations, including inventory control, stock adjustments, shipping and receiving, merchandise movement, back-of-house organization, replenishment, safety compliance, scheduling, time and attendance, and staff training. Ensures operational policies and procedures are followed while partnering with corporate retail operations and store leadership to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Serve luxury fashion clients, achieve individual sales and KPI targets, build client relationships, provide expert product knowledge, support merchandising and inventory activities, process and protect merchandise, and maintain a welcoming boutique environment. The role requires flexibility for assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 30 pounds.
