Provides luxury retail client service, achieves individual sales and KPI goals, builds client relationships, demonstrates product expertise, and supports boutique operations. Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory counts, merchandise preparation, housekeeping, client issue resolution, and asset protection. Requires flexibility for varied shifts, strong communication, customer service, organization, and the ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise up to 30 pounds.

Manages the full production cycle for assigned fashion product categories, coordinating suppliers and internal teams to meet quality, timing, cost, and brand standards. Oversees size grading, technical adjustments, sample approvals, factory quality checks, production tracking, delivery schedules, and KPI reporting. Maintains PLM and ERP records while collaborating with Product Development, Merchandising, Design, Planning, Quality, and Logistics teams. Requires fashion production experience, garment construction and fit expertise, supplier management skills, and fluency in English and Italian.

Oversee retail back-of-house operations, including receiving shipments, verifying merchandise, managing inventory, conducting stock counts, reconciling records, and fulfilling shipped orders. Maintain a clean and safe stockroom, support sales associates with product location and questions, follow company policies, and perform opening and closing procedures as a keyholder.
