Manage a co-founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, expenses, and sensitive information while establishing and running the Montreal office. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, supplies, maintenance, visitors, events, onboarding, team activities, and cross-office operations. The role requires building practical processes from the ground up, supporting workplace programs, and ensuring the office operates smoothly in a fast-moving startup environment.

Conduct research on world modeling and 3D geometry, developing self-supervised learning methods, video-based world-dynamics architectures, scalable data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and model-based planning algorithms. The role requires independent experimentation and analysis in machine learning, large-scale training, and GPU or TPU environments, with preferred expertise in 3D/4D reconstruction, SLAM, SfM, depth and pose estimation, point tracking, rendering, simulation, and deep learning frameworks.

Develop and research world-model-based AI: design and run experiments on self-supervised and video/multimodal models, build data pipelines and evaluations, and create efficient model-based planning and reasoning algorithms using GPU/TPU infrastructure.
