Leads social-first content strategy and day-to-day channel execution across Instagram, TikTok, email, web, and other owned channels. Develops editorial concepts, manages content calendars and production pipelines, coordinates creators and creative teams, supports shoots, and adapts assets across platforms. Monitors audience and performance metrics, tests formats, and uses insights to improve engagement, reach, traffic, and brand relevance.

Leads American Tall’s end-to-end apparel product development process, managing seasonal calendars, workflows, milestones, vendor communications, PLM systems, reporting, and risk mitigation. Oversees and mentors the Product Development team, allocates resources, improves SOPs and operational processes, and provides leadership updates. Partners with merchandising, design, sourcing, production, planning, technical design, and international vendors to ensure quality products are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

Lead day-to-day management and growth of a Shopify DTC storefront, driving revenue through merchandising, conversion optimization, and improved customer journeys. Execute promotions, product launches, and reporting; use analytics (GA4, GTM, Looker) and engagement tools (Klaviyo, Clarity) to test, iterate, and recommend improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partners to deliver a world-class ecommerce experience pre- and post-launch.
