Develops and executes sales and marketing strategies for annuity products within an assigned territory. Partners with Regional Vice Presidents to build relationships with insurance marketing organizations and independent agents, conduct sales presentations, identify opportunities, support business partners, resolve issues, provide product training, and grow sales. Maintains product expertise, manages territory plans, follows up with partners, and travels up to 10% for conferences and presentations.

Partners with external wholesalers, broker-dealers, and financial advisors to build relationships, conduct telephone presentations, identify opportunities, advance sales, and resolve issues. Maintains product and retirement-industry knowledge, supports advisor needs, manages territory activity, and helps grow sales and market share.

Leads internal annuity sales operations through desk managers, wholesalers, and sales support teams. Drives sales growth, advisor engagement, territory execution, pipeline quality, coaching, staffing, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Uses Salesforce and performance data to improve results, coordinates internal and external wholesalers, and ensures teams understand annuity products and distribution requirements.
