Build and maintain relationships with legislators, utilities, lobbyists, and stakeholder organizations. Develop coalitions, monitor legislation and hearings, determine and communicate company policy positions, present strategies to senior leadership, and represent Ameren Missouri at community and stakeholder events. The role advocates for legislative priorities and coordinates internal and external engagement around utility policy issues.

Provides safety leadership across utility operations through field observations, regulatory compliance guidance, coaching, incident investigations, root cause analysis, safety program development, and trend analysis. The senior level leads complex investigations, cross-functional initiatives, regulatory interpretation, mentoring, and presentations to senior leadership. The role is field-based, requires territory travel, and supports storm restoration and emergency response activities.

Develops and executes integrated internal and external communications strategies, campaigns, messaging, and presentations. Provides strategic counsel to leadership and business stakeholders, coordinates cross-functional communications planning, manages projects, identifies content gaps, and measures campaign effectiveness. The role also researches communications trends, optimizes channels, and ensures consistent messaging across the enterprise.
