Own the full SaaS renewal lifecycle for assigned customer accounts, including outreach, quoting, negotiation, contract execution, churn mitigation, forecasting, and expansion opportunities. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Billing to retain and grow revenue. Maintain accurate HubSpot pipeline data, analyze retention metrics, resolve account issues, and help build scalable renewal processes and playbooks.

Own the full SaaS sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, consultative selling, product demonstrations, proposal negotiation, contract closing, and onboarding handoffs. The Account Executive will build strategic sales plans, manage CRM data in HubSpot, meet revenue targets, forecast accurately, and develop relationships with key decision-makers across assigned territories or verticals.

Corporate Counsel serving as Alpine IQ’s sole in-house attorney, owning commercial contracting and advising Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Responsibilities include negotiating SaaS, vendor, reseller, and customer agreements; maintaining platform legal documentation; supporting privacy, data protection, product, AI/ML, security, and regulatory matters; improving contracting processes; managing outside counsel; and providing practical guidance on corporate, employment, risk, and compliance issues.
